What happens from here.

No long wait times, no generic follow-ups. Here's the exact process from your first message to project kick-off.

Personal Response

Abhishek reviews your enquiry and responds with a personalised message, not a template. He asks the questions that matter and gives you a clear initial read on scope, feasibility, and what to expect.

Within 24 hours

Scoping & Proposal

We discuss your institution's specific needs, how many locations, what type of content, any add-ons, and your timeline. Within a few days, you receive a detailed, itemised proposal with no hidden costs and a clear project plan.

2–4 days

Booking & Kick-Off

Once you're happy with the proposal, you confirm with a 20% booking payment and your slot is secured. We schedule the on-site shoot, handle logistics, and begin pre-production. The project is now in motion.

Things people usually
ask before reaching out.

For an Essential or Narrated package, the typical timeline from signed proposal to delivery is 3–5 weeks, one on-site shoot day, followed by 2–4 weeks of post-production. The Immersive package, with infographics and multimedia hotspots, typically takes 5–7 weeks. Your institution's responsiveness to review cycles is the biggest factor in turnaround time.
Travel, accommodation, and on-site logistics are the client's responsibility, but we make it simple. Well before the shoot, we provide our exact requirements: dates, numbers, transport needs, and accommodation preferences. You arrange and book directly, it doesn't go through us or appear on our invoice. We keep requests reasonable and project-essential only. On-campus accommodation is strongly preferred for large shoots, as it allows early morning sessions and flexible day-by-day scheduling. You also need to designate a single point of contact who can coordinate access across the shoot days.
We deploy the tour to your server, not ours. You own the asset completely. This means no ongoing fees, no dependency on our business continuing to operate, and no risk of your tour going offline due to a third-party platform's decisions. You provide server credentials during delivery; we handle the deployment and verify it works across devices.
Yes. At each stage of production, you receive an offline Windows-compatible review file, no specialist software needed. You review, comment, and approve before we proceed to the next stage. Final payment is only collected after you have signed off on the completed tour. We never hold work hostage pending payment; we earn the right to payment at each milestone.
Yes. Our base packages cover up to 25 scenes; additional locations are ₹3,500 per scene. For larger campuses, we'll recommend a multi-day shoot schedule and plan locations strategically to minimise movement and maximise light quality. We'll build a location plan as part of the scoping process before you commit.
Speak to Abhishek directly. We price transparently because we respect your time, and if there is a number that works for both parties, we would rather find it than lose the project. What we don't do is compromise on the quality of the shoot or post-production to hit a lower price point. We're more likely to adjust scope than sacrifice standard.
