Need more than 25 scenes? Locations 26 through 40 are available for a flat addition of ₹3,500 total, not per location. Invoiced separately if applicable.

Drone Photography

Custom quote

Aerial videography and stills via a DGCA-licensed local operator. Pricing depends on location, session duration, and regulatory requirements. Subject to weather and airspace approval.

DSLR Photography

Custom quote

Professional still photography during the same visit, campus lifestyle, architecture, events, and product. Quoted separately; significantly discounted when combined with a walkthrough project.

Website Integration

We embed and integrate your completed virtual tour directly into your institution's website, including iframe optimisation, load speed, and mobile responsiveness checks.

Revision Block

+ ₹5,000 / block

This line item exists so it's visible in the scope, but in practice, it almost never applies. Unlimited revisions are included as standard with no fee, no counter, and no conditions. You approve every element before we close the project.

Modern, mobile-first websites built from code, not templates. Especially valuable for institutions that are also commissioning a walkthrough, since we already have your visual assets. Fast-loading, SEO-ready, and designed to convert visitors into enquiries.

Walkthrough, website, and social media assets, planned and shot together in a single visit. More efficient, more visually consistent, and significantly better value than commissioning each piece separately. This is how institutions build a digital identity, not just a web page.

Aerial Videography

Drone-based promotional reels and aerial stills for universities, large campuses, industrial facilities, and hospitality venues. Operated by DGCA-licensed local professionals. Subject to airspace regulations, weather, and site access. Quoted per project.

How We Price

We don't believe in discovery calls that end with a number twice what you expected. Our pricing is published because it respects your time, and ours.

Payment Structure

We collect payment in four stages tied to project milestones, not arbitrary dates. You only pay for work that has been completed and approved.

Booking Deposit

Your booking amount is refundable within 48 hours of payment if you decide not to proceed. We don't hold deposits hostage, we earn the right to keep them.

On-Site Costs

Travel, accommodation, and on-site logistics are the client's responsibility. We share our requirements clearly in advance, dates, transport, accommodation needs. You arrange and book directly; nothing related to logistics appears on our invoice. We keep requests reasonable and project-essential only.

Negotiation

If you are working to a specific budget or comparing multiple vendors, come to us directly. We would rather find a way to work together than lose a project to a price we could have accommodated.
